  Bay Medical was set up in late 2009 and we decided early on to outsource our warehousing and storage. I was recommended ACR Supply Partners by someone who had worked with Werner Struve previously, and knew of his newly set up operation.

• Hey Werner

  I would like to take some time to thank you for everything you have done for us since coming on-board in May.

  During my initial research into find a suitable provider for our businesses warehousing and transport needs, I found ACR to be incredibly responsive to my enquiries. ACR thoroughly addressed the key points of our supply chain and were able to accommodate our requirements without it being a hassle like other suppliers in the past.

  The biggest concern I have had in the past are meeting tight deadlines for for our campaign start dates. Our stock generally is ready in the afternoons and needs to be picked and packed on the same day reach our interstate customers. ACR have been outstanding in understanding our needs and have provided the flexibility to get the job done every time, even if that means working past 5pm, this is complimented by their relationship with TNT. Previously I have spent far too long on the phone trying to manage transport suppliers to ensure the stock is going to dispatched on time. With ACR, my concerns are alleviated and I have 100% confidence in their abilities, and they really understand of my business.

  Our layouts of invoicing are crucial in measuring our per unit cost into store, for each job ACR invoices us separately and in a format that I can understand without hours of deciphering, they even asked me how I would like the invoicing to appear. A customised solution for invoicing is something that I haven’t seen in this industry, ever. ACR have also provided the flexibility for us to amend the invoicing layouts as the nature of our business evolved. This was particularly useful for comparing our costs against budgets.

  ACR have been particularly attentive to finding out as much information as they can for each job to ensure they continue to meet and exceed our expectations. They take the time to find out where our most important deliveries are going and track them accordingly, providing us with updates as to the delivery status.

  In the beginning I was a little nervous about using a start up business for our supply chain needs. But after meeting Werner and the team at Eastern Creek, my needs were put to ease. Their warehouse is clean and thoroughly organised which indicated they had years of experience in warehousing and distribution.

  Before ACR, I spent far too many hours each week managing my existing supply chain ‘partners’ who seemed not to care about my business, but just saw me as another customer.
